The job shadowers from Belgium, UK and Finland had a very good and effective week in Statped, Oslo. They had a chance to visit for instance Teglverket School where the vision and the management of the school support cooperative school culture. And that, as we know, is the basic for the inclusive education. At Teglverket School fixed times for co-planning and team building after teaching lessons have resulted in increasing cooperation and quality of education.
In addition job shadowers continued planning the structure and stories of The Box of Best Practices and discussing the meaning of inclusive education. It has become very clear to all participants in the project that the definition of inclusive education varies a lot in different countries. Therefore we feel that there really is a need for our project All Abroad.
