To be able to gather and share information and experiences from different countries we have job shadowings. The first job shadowing took place at National Star, UK. Six job shadowers from three countries – Belgium, Norway and Finland – spent an interesting week in Cheltenham observing the practices at National Star College. We had pretty long but rewarding days and discussions in the beautiful surroundings of National Star. And we were quite sure we managed to catch a glimpse of Harry Potter in the Cloisters at Gloucester Cathedral…
One task was also to plan the structure of the Box of Best Practices, which means creating www-pages with blogs, case stories, videos etc. The Box of Best Practices includes the idea of sharing practices for supporting the implementation of inclusive education. In these stories the focus is on learners’ point of view.
